In-Person 1-Day Workshop
This in-person workshop is designed to provide a holistic experience that combines knowledge, practical skills, and active application, all aimed at unlocking and enhancing your vocal abilities in a dynamic and supportive environment.
When we unite, breakthroughs happen. Imagine what unfolds when we bring a large group together in one room and begin to liberate our voices. This one-day, in-person event is dedicated to freeing the voice of any suppression.
The opposite of depression is expression. You will find yourself feeling uplifted, opened and reinvigorated.
However you feel about your voice now you are invited to enter into a safe place to find new and bold areas of expression. We hope to see you there!

(Optional) Open to all - Morning Meditation- open to all. Fire Ceremony, chanting and meditation with a teacher from the Ananda Ashram
4/26/25 10:00 am – 11:15 am
This introductory session explores vocal capabilities, the vocal channel, breathwork, and the body's role in producing sound.
4/26/25 11:15 am – 12:30 pm
This session will include isolation exercises targeting the Root, Sacral Area, and Solar Plexus to strengthen vocal production.
4/26/25 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
Enjoy a vegetarian meal prepared onsite by the ashram.
4/26/25 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
This session provides practical exercises to reinforce vocal power and tonal changes through breath control and body alignment.
4/26/25 3:45 pm – 5:30 pm
The final session integrates all the day's techniques through a full-body workout using chanting and singing to enhance vocal expression and performance.
4/26/25 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
(Optional) Enjoy a communal vegetairan meal prepared by the ashram. ($15 donation to the ashram)

(Optional) Open to all - Fire Ceremony and meditation followed by an evening program hosted by Ananda Ashram.

Backjacks will be provided. If you would like an extra cushion or yoga mat please bring them with you. Make sure to bring a water bottle.
Yes, lunch will be provided by the ashram. Meals are vegetarian. Meat is not allowed onsite please. Dinner will be served after the event and will be an extra $15 donation to the ashram if you would like to join.
No prerequisites! You don’t need to have any experience. This information is open and beneficial to everyone.
Everyone! Anyone who has a voice will find value in this event. Come spend the day in community.
In the event that the organizer cancels the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price along with any associated fees. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. If the event is rescheduled to a new date, all purchased tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. Ticket holders will be notified of the rescheduled date and any relevant updates regarding the event.
